Since it is "production on order" system, we accept exchanges and returns only when it is due to our error. For defective products, we will exchange or refund upon receipt of such product which shipping cost is paid by you. Please contact us by email. Defective products will be exchanged for a replacement which shipping cost will be borne by us.
As we print the artwork data as is, we are not allowed to adjust any colors. Therefore, please note that any claims of color difference are not accepted.
